CRAIG Bellamy wasn't speaking as a losing coach, he was speaking as a man who, like the rest of us, is "confused".
After another weekend of diabolical decisions that cost three teams victory, Bellamy wasn't blowing up in the aftermath of the Storm's controversial 24-22 loss to Canberra.
The Melbourne coach was just stating fact.

Melbourne have lost to Canberra, boiling down to a controversial 'No Try' ruling in the second half.
Should Sisa Waqa's potentially match-sealing effort have been awarded a try?
And what Bellamy said we can only hope the bosses at Rugby League Central heard. Are you listening John Grant, Dave Smith and Todd Greenberg?
"I think all the fans are a bit disillusioned at the moment," Bellamy said.

"It is just confusing.
"Our last three games there has been a real controversial decision to decide it.
"It's the way it goes, I suppose, but I think everyone is sick of games being decided on controversial calls."
Ain't that the truth.
Melbourne coach Craig Bellamy says he is sick of games being decided on controversial calls after the Storm lost to Canberra in the final minutes of the game.
Despite trailing for the entire match, the Raiders got home in the final two minutes on the back of a wonderful matchwinning try to giant prop Paul Vaughan, who danced past three defenders and crashed over two more to steal victory at the death.
It was Ricky Stuart's first win in Canberra as the "home coach" — and after the game one of the club's all-time greats could hardly contain his excitement at what this win meant for this team right now.
Stuart described it as full of "heart" and "self belief''.

But unfortunately for Stuart and the Raiders, the celebrations were hijacked by a "no-try" ruling in the 71st minute that became the focus of another post-match autopsy.
Rugby league Immortals Andrew Johns and Wally Lewis were calling the game for Channel 9 and when Sisa Waqa touched down in the corner they both thought it was a fair try.

Sure, Jarrod Croker had done a great job to get across and bowl Waqa into touch but he didn't get there until the ball had touched the line.
Or so we all thought.
But when referee Gerard Sutton sent it up to the video ref as a "no try" on the advice of a touch judge, everyone watching in Canberra and at home must have known what was coming next.
And as the red light flashed up on the big screen at the ground, Sutton attempted to calm down Storm skipper Cameron Smith with the old "no clear evidence to overturn" routine.
But in commentary, Lewis exploded. "I'm absolutely stunned," he fumed.

"How they came up with that decision has got me beat."
Bellamy added: "I haven't seen it closely but the guys from Channel 9 said it looked like a try every day of the week.
"We were probably our own worst enemy those last three minutes and we should have shut the game out. But having said that, we probably should have been eight points in front.
"It's frustrating. It's frustrating for everyone. Whether you are a Raiders fan, a Storm fan, last week St George. Go back to the Gold Coast and us the week before with the penalty.
"It is just frustrating."

And Bellamy also asked what so many fans are thinking right now: Why does the referee have to send it up as a "no try" if he is not 100 per cent certain he is making the right call.
Isn't it time to change this silly rule?

"I think I said it last year and I am not making it up now just because of the decision today but I reckon we are putting too much pressure on referees and touch judges to go 'no try' or 'try'," he argued.
"Sometimes they can't see any better than us but they have got to make a ruling. To me it is putting a lot of pressure on.
Canberra coach Ricky Stuart says the Raiders still aren't clicking yet but are on the right track after defeating Melbourne 24-22.
"I know last week we were lucky against St George but we had a try disallowed last week that was from a forward pass and everyone agreed, Tony Archer agreed it wasn't a forward pass. I will stand corrected but I think it was the same touch judge that made that decision today.
"Sometimes somebody has got to be accountable. But we will probably have him again next week."
For his part, Stuart was just happy this time the Raiders were not on the wrong end of a bad decision.
