Internal ructions over the prime minister's chief of staff have been downplayed by Julie Bishop.

HAS the Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party of Australia Julie Bishop gone rogue?

Or maybe she's taking her role as Australia's Foreign Minister very seriously by going undercover?
