ISIS's new media wing, The Zora Foundation, is doling out advice to jihadist spouses — instructing them how to be "good wives of jihad," a British newspaper reports.
The group's marriage-minded message is being shared through social media, with videos and posts on how women can contribute to the cause by commandeering bloodless business like cooking and first aid.
"It's kind of a guideline on how to be a good supporter of jihad and have the best role in supporting 'your mujahideen' [jihadist] as a woman," Charlie Winter, a researcher at the Quilliam Foundation, told The Independent.
It's a novel approach, he added.

"There will probably be forums doing similar things online, but this is the first time I've come across an actual media organisation giving guidance to women on their role," Winter said.
In one YouTube video, the group outlines in Arabic how women can use "feminine manual labour" to make their militants happy.
"The video talks about nursing and administering first aid, the cooking and preparation of food, the books of God, sharia science and the preparation of women for their contribution to jihad — essentially getting others to go out there," Mr Winter said.
Their points are illustrated with animations and pictures of a sewing machine, first-aid kit, fridge and microwave.
The group also purports to teach women how to make propaganda with design and editing programs.

"After sharia science, it talks about courses in making slide shows and editing them — effectively making propaganda — before the video finishes," Mr Winter said.
A recent post on al-Zora Media's Twitter account describes a recipe for a simple snack made out of dates, flour and butter.
"This is a quick recipe that can be served to the mujahideen with coffee or can be eaten at any time with water, especially during breaks in battles," the description reads.
"They contain significant calories and will extend the power and strength of the mujahideen, Allah willing."
Women are apparently getting the message. The organisation's Twitter feed has already attracted more than 2500 followers. Its Facebook page, which first appeared on October 22, has nearly 300 "likes."
Zora's message is in Arabic, so it's likely not targeting Western women who have decided to take up arms alongside ISIS.
But it could let them know what they're in for.
