UNITED Airlines accidentally leaks a stock letter it sends out for its customer service complaints, but forgot to fill in the blanks. Because everyone's different.

The Independent reports that the author blacked out her name before posting the letter online which shows that United simply gets its customer service team to fill out the blanks for every complaint.

The employee who responded probably fills in that many of these that they didn't even notice that the fields were not filled out.

One might suggest that they get rid of the word 'sincerely'.

United has not responded to the expose — perhaps they are busy filling in the blanks.
