Millionaire ‘threw naked porn star’ off his roof

A PORN star has threatened to sue millionaire playboy Dan Bilzerian for throwing her off the roof of his mansion in Los Angeles.

Janice Griffith, 19, was at Bilzerian's home for a Hustler photoshoot when the 33-year-old poker player and venture capitalist grabbed her by the crotch, TMZ reports. He tried to throw her off the roof headfirst and into a pool. She happened to be naked at the time.

Bilzerian missed his target, causing Griffith to smack her foot against the side of the pool and break it.

She reacted to the incident rather nonchalantly at the time, tweeting "I broke my foot today."

But after missing several jobs, and being told she will be unable to work again for several weeks, the 19-year-old porn star says she is considering legal action.

"I've had to cancel a couple of scenes because of this broken foot," Griffith told TMZ. "Looking back on it, it's not the best idea that we've ever had."

She says Bilzerian has yet to apologise for injuring her.

"He actually did not ever make an apology, unfortunately, which is the only thing that I'm sort of ... why?" she said.

Bilzerian himself has yet to make any public comments regarding the incident, but he doesn't seem to be feeling very guilty.

On Wednesday, just hours after he threw Griffith off the roof, the notorious playboy retweeted a message saying he "was almost murdered by a naked female that tried to pull him off a rooftop."

Bilzerian has previously been labelled "the most interesting person on Instagram," where he's followed by more than 1.5 million people.

He uses the account to share photos of his rather lavish lifestyle, which seems to consist entirely of fast cars, private jets, helicopters, semi-clad women, naked women, guns and money. Lots of money.

His father, Paul, is a corporate takeover specialist with convictions for violating securities and tax laws.

Bilzerian himself spent four years in the US Navy, but was kicked out of SEAL training two days before graduation. He has scored roles in several Hollywood films, such as Olympus Has Fallen and Lone Survivor, and appeared in the World Series of Poker.

He is, by all accounts, a bit of a jerk.
