Lawsuit...A police officer says he was fired after reporting a fellow cop who snuck a peek at Whitney Houston's naked body Source: News Limited
A POLICE officer says he was fired after reporting a fellow cop for lewdly oggling Whitney Houston's naked body.
Former Los Angeles SWAT team leader Brian Weir says then-detective Terry Nutall lifted a sheet covering the late singer's naked body at the scene of her death and said "Damn, she's still good looking, huh?"
Weir says he was demoted after reported Nutall's alleged behaviour, reports NBC NEWS.
Houston was found dead in the bath in her Beverly Hills Hotel room on Feb 11, 2012, aged 48. Her death was ruled an accidental drowning, with cocaine use and heart disease as contributing factors.
Arriving at the hotel room where Houston died, Weir says he "attempted to secure and preserve the scene of the death" and placed a sheet over Houston's body in order to "prevent contamination".

Nutall then arrived and lifted the sheet "to an area below the pubic region", oggling the singer's naked body, the lawsuit says.
Nutall "knelt beside and leaned over the decedent, removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body...to an area below the pubic region," the lawsuit claims.
Almost touching the body, he then allegedly made "in appropriate comments...that the decedent 'looked attractive for a women of her age and current state."
After he report Nutall's behaviour, Weir was denied promotions and other benefits, the lawsuit says. He is seeking damages.
Nutall has since been promoted to lieutenant.
