A SERIAL killer has revealed in an interview before his death that he was obsessed with the Silence of the Lambs actor who said "It rubs the lotion on its skin".
"That guy on the show Monk, I really liked him in Silence of the Lambs, " said the "Night Stalker" Richard Ramirez in his last interview before his death last month. "That scene where he says, 'It rubs the lotion on its skin,' I really like [it]," Ramirez said of actor Ted Levine's character Buffalo Bill. Levine, who went on to portray a detective in TV's Monk, said in response to the man convicted of killing 13 people, "F*** him. I hope he's in hell. That's all I have to say about Richard Ramirez."
